Enterprise Services

Enterprise Services delivers, operates and supports the core IT that is fundamental to the operation of the Cabinet Office and in turn the country, as well as the Office of the Secretary of State for Scotland, the Office of the Advocate General, the Crown Commercial Service, and the Government Property Agency.

Known internally as ‘OFFICIAL IT’, our services cover laptops, smartphones, the software such as Google running on those devices, deskphones, printers, video-conferencing, WiFi, networks and other critical technologies. We also support Machinery of Government (MoG) changes, as well as user training. We provide these services to approximately 15,000 users located across the United Kingdom in ever changing and evolving office locations.

We stabilise, simplify, and transform these services in order to maximise the potential of the Cabinet Office’s people, processes, technology and security.
